i hurt like hell everyday.
I can hardlylift my right arm somedays due to the pain
I have muscle spasms in ,intire shoulderblade area. My neck too is tight HELP

I feel your pain...really. I have had steroid shots in my shoulder blade twice and the pain always returns.
The only things that help me are: ice, rest, lortab, soma & massages.
