nausea, fatique, high blood pressure, dizziness???

Have been experiencing fatique, nausea, dizzines and high blood pressure for months. All tests have been clear (EKG, MRI, Blood, etc. ). Can no longer work. Have the shakes within hours of doing manual labor of any kind. Have always been active. Just want answers........

How many conditions have you been tested for? A lot of the symptoms that you are listing sound indicative of high blood pressure. Has your doctor put you on any medications for that? A little extra information would be very helpful because unfortunately a lot of what you listed is very vague. It could be anything from high blood pressure to mono. Please let me know! Have you gotten any second opinions from another doctor? I look forward to hearing your answers.
