I came to conclusion that it is often case that both symptoms of multiple sclerosis (a central demyelization process with a tendency to cause both motor and sensory abnormatilities) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (which affects both upper and lower motor neurons) are similar to spondylotic myelopathy ( myelomalacia). What are symptoms of spondylotic myelopathy?
