head ache, ear ache, tooth ache, cant walk without feeling like i keep getting stabbed in th leg, i cant sleep at all, and i cant see 100% everything is kinda smudgy looking
can you please tell me what could be wrong with him and if he'll feel better soon??

It sounds like this person may have an upper respiratory infection. I would have them see a doctor ASAP. If the symptoms are worse or are getting worse, go to urgent care.

hmmm...ya it might be due to migraine or sinusitis,do ur friend has frequent spells of sore throat or cold or URTI..get an xray done f head if he wants.

I'd say that it's something that needs to get checked out by a doctor. My guess is a sinus infection but since you've gotten three different answers I'd say the symptoms are too vague for us to be able to answer definitively. Is he able to do to a doctor soon?
