multiple fractures

I broke my finger length wise, crushed my knuckle an broke the bone that runs from the knuckle to the wrist in 2 places. a total of 6 breaks.
????????? is know i have 4 pins and 1 screw thats holding my knuckle together Whats the procdure for having the pins removed ... its in 3 weeks . any one have info thanks
