mild schizophrenia

The doctors have told me that i have mild schizophrenia and i believe them, but all of my symptoms that i have had lately have been physical symptoms andnot phsycological. i have felt my insides burning, my mouth has went bone dry and ive had trouble breathing and they just blame it on my schizophrenia. Seems like an easy way out and i was wondering if anyone else knows of schizophrenia patients with weird physical symptom?s
