mild headaches with lighthead

recently i have been getting mild headaches they are not sever or anything they just seem to aggravate me through the day also the back of my neck feels a little tight and i have been getting a little light headed.i just want to know a quick diagnosis of what it could be and if there is a need to see my local doctor
