I am thinking of starting practicing meditation and so would like to hear is it related to breathing well actually I know it is breathing connected but would be exactly meditation and proper breathing actually? And this breathing thing does it means I need to be in perfect health condition to do meditation or what if I have trouble breathing so the proper breathing would actually be impossible for me.

Well this is a question you should make to some meditation specialist anyway I could tell you that meditation is not useful without proper breathing for those thing are inseparable they always comes along. And the thing is that everybody thinks they breathe on right way or it is easy thing to learn at least but it is not like that. I bet that a very high percent of people actually are not aware that they don't know the rules of proper breathing and if someone wants to do meditation than the proper breathing is essential. The proper breathing in fact is the essential part of any meditation and only by using proper meditation the person may reach the highest level of awareness which finally is the meditation purpose. And yet you don't have to be that healthy to meditate in fact it is meditation that could help in reducing some symptoms especially regarding some mental as well as physical conditions. And if you have breathing problem the combination of homeopathy and meditation might help you.

If it's your first time to do meditation, you should do it under the supervision of someone who knows about meditation like a yoga teacher. You can start from there. Good luck!Smile
