Straight forward question - easy answer: No. Masturbation does not cause the penis to shrink. In fact there is more chance of slightly enlarging it because you are waking up the hormones that starts the puberty process. i have to agree and say no (im 13) the first time i masterbated my penis was 6 1/2 inches after i was done it was 7 1/2 but addtional question for viewers, does LONG term masterbating (to your 20s) have an affect?
