many symptoms. . . digestive/reproductive/urinary?

young and not sexually active, my symptoms include foul stool odor, constipation, numbness around genital, right hip soreness, protruding pubic bone, abdominal swelling after eating, cold symptoms, shortness of breath after exercise, small rash/bumps/redness around body, swelling of ankles, vulva... around body, bad taste in mouth, bowel sounds, gas, soreness behind breastbone, 2 missed periods and 1 late period (recently started having a period cycle)!

i have symptoms that make me think i have malabsorption or an infection of some kind!

is there anyway this is pregnancy? i am not sexually active but my symptoms seem to relate to pregnancy?

scared, confused, and looking for advice!!!!!!!
