At 74 years old I recently and successfully had a small cancerous tumor removed from my liver. Since that procedure I have noticed a slight soreness of both my left and right nipple and slight firmness directly under each nipple, although the right nipple is a bit more sore than the left. From outward appearance everything looks normal with no pronounced lumps, swelling or discoloring. Should I be concerned that I might have cancer of the male breast ?
