lump but not on testicles, underneath them

So i have recently discovered a lump but it's not on my testicles... it's actually underneath them towards my anus. What could it be?
Im 18

I have s similar bump only on one side. It doesnt cause pain so i have decided to leave and monitor it. It has been there unchanged for quite some time. Is like cartilage feelingabout size of a BB. Probably calcium deposit!
