Hello! I don’t have a high cholesterol but just two days ago I read about it in the newspapers as well, so I looked it up for you. These herbs are : Alfalfa herb, Capsicum ( used in chili and salsa ), garlic bulb ( and not just for cholesterol ), Ginseng, Turmeric, Cayenne, Aloe Vera, Saffron, Dandelion, True Blue Skullcap, Thyme Herb, Black Cohash, Guarana, Yellow Dock, Burdock Root, Echinacea Root, Red Clover blooms. It was also written that one should not take any of the herbs on their own. Medical advice on dosage is needed in order to avoid side effects.
