lower back pain, constipation, gas and weight gain

lower back pain, it seems to hurt more when i need to have a bowel movement. when i do have one, they are hard and small pellets. also can't eat certain foods they give me gas. anything with soybean in it. i walk alot and eat very healthy. would like to know what is going on.

I'm sorry to hear of your problems, but I also had been suffering similarly for many many years. Doctors were of little or no help and the medication I was given I discovered would lead me to an earlier grave. A year later I am still undoing years of damage to my digestive tract, but the good news is that I successfully took myself off health damaging medications, and remain off them.

It is not easy to explain how I came to take this path to cure myself, except that no doctor was able to help and although not visibly ill, i constantly felt ill, with a long list of ailments and life was miserable.
