Hi. I am a woman that is 25 years old, and I am a little overweight. I started working out last month, and now I feel ready to go on a diet. But, ironically, I don't know which one to pick out in the see of diets. I heard a lot of great things about the low carbohydrate diet. I have a friend that lost ten kilograms with it. What is it consistent of? How well it works? Some experience?

I was once on this diet, and it worked just fine. To tell it simple – name says everything. In this diet, you expand the number of your meals, and decrease the quantity of carbohydrates. It is very effective, because it is one of the main things that makes you fat. It s great really, I lost seven kilograms with it just last month. No boomerang effect, so far. Good luck with your diet.
