low-blood-pressure high-pulse

Hello! I am a 34 years old male, overweight, and my blood pressure is 110/62, while my heart rate 79. Am I in danger of a heart attack?

This last week has been crazy. I am 22 years old and have hypertension (my bp was 170/115) Its been a year and last week my blood pressure was 80/55 and my fiance called 911. In the ER it went down to 63/27. My pulse rate was near 100. (which it has been around 80-100 for the past year anyways...even though when i used to be in great shape it was always 60) They told me of course to stop my blood pressure medication and now its up in the 150-170/96-110 range with my pulse rate being at 50-53. I'm really confused....anyone ever experience this?
