Has anyone tried this diet and is it safe? What does it entail?

I tried the plan and will go back on it very soon. I TOO have an important wedding to attend.

I will tell you that I lost 22 pounds the first four days! and significant amounts thereafter. On my days off I did not cheat too much, it is a time to reflect and keep a positive mind.
