is there something wrong with penis growth and masturbation?

hello i am 15 and i have been masterbating since i was about 12 or 13 and my penis is only like 4 inches and thats when its hard so im wondering if me masterbating is why it is only 4 inches and if i can somehow increase the size of it

The size of your penis isn't from masturbating and you can't increase the size from doing that. Some guys take things to TRY and increase the size of their penis but really I wouldn't recommend it unless you do a lot of research on what you're taking. Nothing is wrong with your penis size, don't worry about it.
