all my tests are negative and its been two weeks but i cant eat cuz im so nervous i guess....but is loss of appetite a sign of pregnancy?? I've even lost a couple pounds....

i want to know if its a bad sign that i'm losing weight and haven't been hungry but i got the morning sickness a few days ago too.
