These should be totally safe while breastfeeding:
Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up
Eat a big breakfast
Drink 8 glasses of pure (not tap) water daily
Walk for an hour a day
Use 100% organic, virgin, unrefined
coconut oil and apple cider vinegar
Eat organic grapefruits and apples all day
Absolutely no aspartame, artificial sweeteners, MSG, diet foods or sodas, fast food, high
fructose corn syrup, and white sugar or white flour
Limit dairy products
Eat a big, huge salad at lunch and dinner
If you're not hungry, DON'T EAT
