Start eating as much raw vegetables as possible. Vegetables contain
very low calories as opposed to fruit that is high in natural sugars & calories.
Try eating home made mixed
vegetable soups add black or white pepper for taste, garlic & herbs for flavour. Don't us salt.
Don't do this long term, this is advisable for a quick,healthy fix, BUT DON'T
DO THIS LONG TERM!!!!Opt for carrots,cucumber,
lettuce, green peppers,
tomatoes, onions, garlic etc. in salad. You can add a little pure, virgin olive oil, but not a lot. In soups carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, mushrooms, green,red, yellow peppers, tomatoes etc.
No soup stocks,soup packets or blocks, they contain hidden fats & extra calories.
You'll lose weight quickly, once again PLEASE DON'T DO THIS
LONG TERM it could have a detrimental affect on your health! PLEASE DON'T USE SLIMMING TABLETS & DON'T STARVE IT WON'T BE HELPFUL. YOU'LL ONLY FEEL SICK, MOODY & LETHARGIC. With above you won't feel ill, eat as much veggies when you're hungry when you want to.
