how often do hemorroids bleed and colon polyps

Hi ... would anybody know how often hemorroids bleed and if you have colon polyps then how often would that be , Would it be with every bowel movement or once a week or ....

I have internal hemorrods and had ploups which a colon doctor burnt out of my colon. He said i needed sugery to remove the internal hemorrods if not they would bust and bleed but nothing serious. He suggested that i take fiber daily to soften stool
