headaches and menapause

Hi,
I am 48 and have these constant headaches, especially in the afternoon. Usually it is better after a short nap, but they begun to worry me. Could this be because of menapasue that I am in?

Yes, menapasuse could be a very rational cause. I have this condition too and doctor told me headaches are the sign of hormonal changes in body… When I came to think, some women gain lots of weigh when they are in menopause… I somehow rather have daily light headaches than gain weight and be obese.
