headaches, tiredness, dizziness, jaw pain

I recently started getting dizzy even when i was sitting down, my dad thought it was low blood sugar but even when i eat i still feel the same afterwards and just cant take it anymore but afraid to go to the doctor. I dont want them thinking im being paranoid besides the headaches, dizziness, tiredness or jaw pain i have a constent ringing in my ears that also making me nuts. If anyone has any answers i would really appreciate it. I have been recently on B12 for anemia but its not working.
