headaches, rash, high blood pressure

I have been prescribed Dyazide for my blood pressure and I have been taking it for 10 days now. I don’t know if it is this drug or something else that influenced my condition. I have developed rash on my back, that has been present for 3 days now, and ever since I started with this drug I have been suffering from headaches.
