got a tubaligation, period 4 weeks late

i got my tubes tied 2years ago, now it's been a month i missed my period, my stomach is big and looks like i'm pregnant, i fell like something is moving inside of me but not sure..i took a pregnancy test and it came out negative, i took the thryroid hormone blood test and nothing, is it possible i can be pregant after my tubes have been tied for two years? also me and my husband have had alot of sex since i missed my period last month? can this be possible

I just read about your situation were you pregnant,I have 5 kids and had my tubal 2 1/2 years ago I am starting to worry.Please let me know what you found out were you indeed pregnant.
