Hello! I need some info regarding glycemic index diet. I am a diabetic for years and somehow am managing to deal with it but of course I am always interested in possible new ways of treating or controlling it so recently I have heard that glycemic index diet could help with diabetes. So I would like to hear some more info about glycemic index diet and how does it works. Thanks!

GI-glycemix index is kind of a diet plan and I regularly use it to control my weight though at first glycerin index diet has helped me lose much of weight but also it is good in controlling diabetes especially fits for diabetes type 2. Glycerin index diet works in manner that reduces sugar levels in blood and though this might sound easy it is a bit complicated for the most important here is the way of food preparation as well as food combination but finally when you organize yourself in this manner than the results won't miss. I know that many people whoa were using glycemic index diet have significantly reduced the meds they were taken and even in some cases diabetes has gone especially if was of type 2 for this diet is based on low GI foods.
