Did anyone see a frozen dinner diet spam? I got it on mail yesterday? Hmmm … sounds delicious, anyone else for this?

I heard for this…my friend was caught in a trap… nope, this doesn’t work… sorry. Since when is diet delicious? : ) cannot be … better try some delicious fruit and vegetables : )

Actually it will work. By making good choices on what you buy you can do very well with frozen dinners... Yes even the ones that dont sound that healthy. By having 3 frozen meals a day you know exactlyhow many calories you are eating. I lost 50 pounds doing it. Most are 400 cal or less
