four negative urine tests

I have had 4 negative urine pregnancy tests. My menstrual cycle has always been like clockwork. My husband and i did have sex during my ovulation period as we are trying for another child. I'm now 1 week late have all the early pregnancy signs symtoms. Could it be possible that i'm pregnant even thoe i have had 4 negative tests?
