fertility before cervical mucus, is pregnancy possible?

I had sex with my husband 2 and 3 and 4 days ago. yesterday I had a clear egg white mucus discharge. Was I possibly fertile during any of the lovemaking? My ovulation is due tommorow/day after. yet the dischrge only lasted a few hours.My monthly cycle is 28 days and I am 26 years old. If we have sex tomorrow and the day after, will we stand a chance of getting pregnant? We would really like to have good news for prospective grandparents this christmas!
