First thing you should do is see a dermatologist to try to figure out what is causing the itchiness. This is the initial step in finding the proper treatment.

Your skin could be irritated or sensitive by/to different external stimuli like sun, sweating, heat or cold. You could be itchy due to contact with some plants or insects or certain food or drugs.

Foods that could be causing this are shellfish, strawberries, nuts, eggs, etc and drugs like penicillin.

Excessive itching could be indication liver and kidney problems or that you are anemic.

As you can see, there is a number of possible reasons. This is why you need an expert to help you figure out what it could be.
