enlarged bile duct

over a year ago I started suffering idigestion swollen abdomen an hour
or so after eating I had been diagnosed with hali cobactor pylori this was
cured with anti biotics?later had scan that found elrged bile duct no stones
in gall bladder then later edoscopy found I had hiatus hernia also suggested
gall bladder removal because bile duct was now not dialated well to date
nothing has happened I still suffer consultants will be monitering evey six month's see how symprtoms develope told I have to live with these things als ECG pre assessment when I gall bladder was going to be removed found ischemic heart condition which they said caused hypertention later angogram found no heart condition or blocked arteries so back to square one, also gall blader has no stones to date help!
