I have gynecomastia; as usual with gynecomastia, I am also overweight. I began lifting weights in order to remove this frustrating thing on my chest! Does lifting weights help???

First thing that would help is loosing weight… that normally also reduces the fullness of malebreast (as it does with women).
Exercise, weight lifting … that all helps in gynecomastia.
So, go on!!! Best wishes!!!

it depends
1st Losing weight would help alot with the process
2nd Eating Healthy and changing your lifestyle will help
3rd Lifting Weight can help if your losing the fat so use very minimal weight because if you load up the weights its going to tear the muscle alowing lactic acid into the muscle and in return actualy making the size of your breast appear to be larger
