I woke up this morning with nausea, dizzy sensation and tingling in my fingers. I have thrown up a foamy, bubbly substance. What could be possible reasons?

Hi,
It might be.

The following nutritional components may be beneficial for relieving the symptoms of dizziness. A vitamin has been added to help the overall health of the central nervous system. Ginger combats the dizziness and nausea associated with motion sickness or mild vertigo and produces few of the side effects of conventional medications. Ginkgo Biloba helps maintain peripheral circulation to the brain. Vitamin B6 is required for effective function of the brain and nervous system.

If you are concerned or unsure about your symptoms, please contact your healthcare provider for professional medical advice.
