Need help with dizziness / vertigo

Hey guys,

I have stopped the Zoloft cold turkey again and am having the same symptoms with the dizziness and vertigo. This is why I have not stopped completely that last couple of times. I am wanting to know if anyone knows of anything that can be taken to help counter-act these affects until the withdrawl symptoms wear off!!! I am going to stick with it this time but would love any advice anyone may have to help with this nasty feeling!!
