discharge after urination

I am 23, female and have whitish discharge after urination. It is foully in smell and it also itches me when urinating. I have this scratchy feeling in my vagina non stop.

Maybe you have UTI (urinary tract infection), maybe some of the STD. I would really recommend you to visit doctor as soon as possible. You will be probably given some antibiotics and creams to relieve the itching and scratchy feeling in vagina. If necessary, doctor will also take the discharge and send it to the lab to estimate what this really is. In few days you shall receive a call form a doctor.

okay I kinda have the same problem it lasts for awhile its either after I've been to the toliet or it just starts but my vigina feels kinda like its either tightening or it feels like when you have a full bladder but in the vigina area its been like this ever since I was off college with sickness and diarea I'm really worried and hate it when this starts since it feels really un-comfortable
