diabetes and sex drive

Hello. I'm 33 year old male and just recently I was diagnosed with one mild form of diabetes.
I'm still not married but I had big plans for this autumn. Now, this happened and I don’t know what to do.
I was planning to marry this beautiful girl I was with for the last four years but I'm not so sure now would that be smart. I love her very ucj but I have heard that this diabetes can damage man’s wish for sex, sex drive and ability to have sex at all. Would it be wrong for me to marry her not telling you for all this- I believe it would. Is there anything that someone would like to add on this problem? Please help me!

You are right- diabetes can really destroy man’s sex drive and that’s why you must tell all about this to your girlfriend. Sex is one important aspect of your mutual life and it could be wrong if she didn’t know anything about it. Let her decide what is the best for you two. I know that this potency problem can be cured with medications such as Viagra and Levitra but there are many years of battling with this problem in front of you. So the real and the most important questions is- Is she ready for that kind of sacrifice?! Talk with her- she is the only one who can give you that answer!
