depression and relapses

my sister is suffering form bipolar depression for 7 years. she was given Tri Fluo Perozine and Benzohexol at the begining for nearly 7 years. but every time she stoped taking drugs with out doctorsd advice relapses occured.

recently she was given Fluoxetine 20mg and Rivotil 0.5mg by another doctor. but still relapses happens.
she has married now. but the relapses occures. can send a detail history if needed.

Is any drug available to cure this diseases 100%.??
