cystic fibrosis mucus problems

My friends and I would like to know a thing or two about cystic fibrosis mucus problems. Our friend from the soccer team got a little baby 6 days ago, but it seems that little one has major problems already. He was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, which caused his mucus problems. We want to help, to collect some money, maybe for a treatment or medicaments, but we need some details first.

I really admire you for your will to help your friend and team colleague. The problem with cystic fibrosis is that it cannot be completely cured; only kept under control.
