ive been extremely tired lately even after 9 hours of sleep a night. loss of energy. always thirsty and constantly urinating. severe headaches

You could have diabetes...go see a doctor immediately. It could be other things but you have the symptoms.

You have sleep apnea. Try a sleep study. I had the same issues.
