complications after hysteretomy

its been 3wks since i had a partial hysterectomy(all the left side) two days afet ther the operaton i had a blood clot, they gave me 2pts of blood. and the thought while i was already in the hospital i could go back in and have the blood clot remove that was siddleing in place of my uterus i decided to go home and see if i would desolve. my blood count was 4 and brought up to 8. i feel so much pressure toward my bottom i can't stand to sit and get up yet. what happen to the blood clot? did i desevre or does my my womb need to been cleaned out. no one has said but its going on 4wks and i cant handle the pressure down at my botom. i'm having to sit with a warm bottle and hoping it helps. my inside feels so much pressure. i felt better 2wks ago. not to mention doc says i'm having muscle spasms around my incision causing this pain. i can't walk
but small lenght without doubleing over with extreme pain
