mate.. i hope you still alive.
i am 30yrs old... been like you.desperate and suicidal.
i found chronicprostatitis.com. went to success stories and found out that 5 mths being on abs without any reslut is not a soultion..why? because the all bacteria has been killed already..the problem is that bacteria damaged the tissue and consequently causes mast cells to produce pus and in result the pain. I couldnt even walk, my balls very tight, and pain non stop. you can fix this problem completly as long as you focus on the inflammation ..not bacteria!!!! its the past.
most guys got fixed with quercetin with bromelain (if you cant take it...allergy), cat's claw is also very good (for me 8 pills a day was too much..feeling sick..6 was okay), also you can try diclofenac, voltaren.
anyway..dont trust those "doctors" that you still have some bacteria inside.. your tissue has been damaged by the infection so now you got to cure it... it takes time..same as skin burns. good luck...Smile
ps.. prostate drainage helped me a lot...but its really painfull for first 3 weeks.. but each week you will feel a slight improvement.
