chlamydia causing infertility

hi, could you give me a rough idea on how long someone has to have chlamydia before they can beome infertile?

okay, to start you have to have chlamydia for roughly around 6 months before anything can start. but what happens is chlamydia will cause scar tissue build up in the fallopian tubes which in turn blocks them making the uterus to not be able to release an ova (egg) to be fertilized
