I was diagnosed high blood pressure and have used my therapy proper since then. Doctor prescribed me beta-blockers and anxiolitics. My blood pressure is stable, and I don’t feel side effects that harm me. Sometimes I have blackouts, when I change position, and when I’m very tired. What are the causes of blackouts with hypertension?

Side effect of antihypertensive drugs is hypotension. Hypotension may cause blackouts. It is good for you that you’ve recognized what conditions cause your blackouts, so you can try to avoid them. Beta-blockers are effective antihypertensives, but every chronic therapy has its side effects.
