when using lax. it depends on your bowel movement already if you take them and have no food in
your system youll become sick and start vomiting so consult a doctor

yess, laxatives do workk!!
they make you feel really sick and blahh.
but i took them, i stopped taking them and gained a little.
but my friend took colon cleanse which were like laxatives and she ate one or 2 meals a day then pooped them out so she was eating but pooped it out so its like she never at at all.
now shes got the best body in the world!
and she was on the verge of being obese before she took them
my sister also took them and they worked greattt.
and people say its not healthy, but really u just feel sick for like 3 minutes then your fine.
but watch you dont leave the house when you take them, because you wont have any time to go to the bathroom, that why you have to be rly close to one all the time, cuz it wont wait for youuu!
hahaha.
i know from experience.
ah,.. Embarassed

Hi My name is Timmy and I'm obese. I am approximately 46% fat and cannot help it. I work out as often as I can. The other time I'm sick. I really believe that the reason why I'm sick is because I am so freakin fat. Well I came to the conclusion that I need to eat more often which I liked very well. I divided what I should eat into 5 meals. Initially I lost weight. I lost about ten pounds before it happened. Just as everything was going good I got sick. I was told to exercise so I did. Lost a couple of pounds and felt good. Was working out almost daily (about 5 hours/wk) and all of a sudden I hurt my back. Well one thing led to the next and I here now. I'm constantly tired, sick, and hungry. Started taking laxatives and now I feel great. I poop 4 times a day and sleep 10-12 hours a day. Have lost almost 40 pounds and only exercised once in the last two months. Now this method may not work for you because I was morbidly obese. My fat smells like sour milk, and I have trouble tying my shoes for fear of crapping on myself. this is the b est method of all.

Timmy

I have a friend who just started taking laxatives to lose weight. I've told her over and OVER about how unhealthy and HORRIBLE it is.
How fast will she lose weight? She's already skinny and I would really hate to see her get sickly from doing this Sad I'm not exactly sure how many she's taking. She took 2 the other night... But I just don't know.

@Prella: I'm almost 30 and I've been where you were at that age. I was 5'1", 190lbs in high school. After much encouragement from my friends, I joined the basketball team and lost about 65lbs, and guess what? I STILL hated the way I looked! My weight has went up and down through the years from 160lbs to 132lbs. I've been all over the scale, and I was never happy. It wasn't until after I had my son last year where I had to realize that losing weight is a benefit to changing your life.

My point is this: figure out WHY you want to lose weight, and simply saying to yourself "I'm fat and ugly" is not an option, 'cause if that's how you feel about yourself, you have bigger problems than just weight loss! If you want to lose weight, don't diet! Make an informed decision to change your life. Once you decide that you want a different lifestyle, do things and be around people that will promote it. Join a triathlon club; teach yourself how to run for your health; get a personal trainer. By doing this, you are changing the way you think and live without even knowing it. Before you know it, you'll be fit and looking good and won't even realize it.

Right now, I'm @ 153lbs, but my doctor wants me to lose another 25lbs. I know it will come off in due time. But as long as I try my hardest (eat healthy 70%-90% of the time and exercise hard a minimum of 3 days a week) I feel good about myself. And if I fall off (which I do a lot because I come from a family of eaters) I won't make myself feel guilty. I start back with my plan immediately! Yes, it's hard, but it can be done.

Most of all, enjoy your teen years. Weather you realize it or not, your metabolism is at its best during your teen years. Take it from a woman who is trying her hardest to lose baby weight right now--embrace it and just try your best every day!

so i have used lax before, i was actually constipated. i remember after a rough night in the toilet coming down for breakfast in my tank top and my mom and sister just satring at me. i asked them what was up, why they were staring at me and my sister replies "wow... you look so good. did you lose weight?!! you must have lost weight over night. i just cant believe how good you look" well that definetly made me feel good about myself because she was right. the usual gut was not sticking out of my stomach. it was always like my stomach went out just as far as my boobs but not that day, no sir not that day.
ya that all does sound good but the truth of the matter is i havent ever done it since and yes i gained all the weight back (not intentionally believe me) gained it all back within the week.
maybe if youre safe and think that you wont fall into addiction go for it .. but i strongly recommend you dont. aparently it only works best if you are constipated. plus why would you want your body to become dependent on it finding that you cant poop unless you take some of the chocolate covered stomach eaters Twisted Evil
lol im sure that my thoughts are all scrambled up here but really its not worth it.
i may say that if you have one every 2 months ... hahah but lets be seriouse. thats almost like me promoting taking meth once in a while if you thik you wont fall into temptation and addiction.
don't do Lax dont do drugs .. lol the end. oh instead you may go to the doctor and have your shit pumped out through your ass. since a doctor is monitoring you it may not be so unhealthy (but it does hurt Laughing ) ... k thats alll
