c-dif infection, treatment...what should I avoid?

I was just wondering...I got diagnosed with a c-dif infection after being on antibiotics. I'm currently on another med to fix this--I've been taking the pills for a few days. I know c-dif is highly contagious, I'm wondering if I should avoid sexual contact with my partner while I'm undergoing treatment. Help, please!
