burning in the face after disoder

Dear Sirs/Madam,
I am 47 year-old man. Two years ago, after drinking some wishky, I found a small cicrle of burn in the skin just below my mouth. It become dark, and appeared about 10 months after . Two months ago, after eating some Thai soup in a stall, I got stomat-ache and the circle of burn appeared in exactly the previous place in my face. It seem happen again in other time.
Could you please tell me the reason and method of treatment for my above irritating disorder.
