blisterlike bobbley uneven surface: inside vagina lips

from about 12 when i started noticing my body change
i realised the skin on my inside of my vagina lips suddenly had a bobbly surface like under the top layer of skin they look saw but are not both sides are covered in it they are not promanant on the serface eg to touch but if i put i my fingers on either side of my lip i can feel little bobbly bumps inside i am now 18 and have no self confidance because of it is it some thing to be worried about i have not had sexual contact with any one so dont now wat it could be can you help please its holding my life up.
