Hi, I am 36 years old female and I am on diet for two months already. In these two months I didn't loose a single pound and I couldn't believe it is possible. I was really strict to my diet and I felt very depressed when I saw result. I don't know if I would continue with diet and if it has any sense. Also I would like to add that I am not hypothyroid.

Hi, it is not so common for proper diet to show no effects. However every diet need some time to start working. Also there are some other conditions which may give similar results. It would be corticosteroid therapy which may cause Cushing disease. It would be good to consult your doctor and nutritionist too about diet you are using and eventually make some changes.

Have you ever tried a nutritional cleanse? I'm a personal trainer, and have used this particular product and have seen some pretty extraordinary results, it is definetely worth a shot, vs having some doctor prescripe more drugs to fix what might just be your body needing a really good nutritional cleanse, you would be shocked what I have seen people become as a result! Healthy!! Remember, "health care" is really in the Sickness business...

Well in my opinion, diets never work, and if you do end up loosing weight, it's in a very unhealthy way. If you're going to go on a diet, don't make it so restricting. And if you hardly eat anything, they say that your body thinks it's starving itself, so it stores fat, so you end up gaining weight. My suggestion is that you don't go on a diet, just eat healthily, (a good amount of meats, fruits, vegetables etc.), and exercise regularly. It works every time, trust me.
