This is skin disorder that primarily gives rise to vesicles or bullae. Oral manifestations should be observed. We can first recognize pemphigus vulgaris and bullous pemphigoid. That is for sure. Those two appears in around half cases. Sometimes persons with bullous pemphigoid don't have oral lesions. I am sorry if I wasn't of much help, but that is all I know.
